How will law, courts, police & prisons work in a free society?

by Quinton on May 22nd, 2016

What is the law? Is there a constitution? Are there courts? Can police use force? How do you keep law and order? What do you do about criminals? How do you make people go to jail if you can't initiate force?

These are not the principles of a liberal society. Neither is it true that in a Marxist/Leninist state controlled economy guaranteed that all workers are paid exactly the same, regardless of job. The salary did depend on the education level, job and position, but never on gender. I used to live in such a state. assignment writing service | Assignmentland.co.uk
